My latest creation is a tutu that will fit any waist size.  These tutus tie together with ribbon but can be created to fit a specified waist measurement. 

Prices varies with size: Up to 20 inches $15.

Price of tutu shown $15, measures 17 1/2 inches. 

Beautiful Hope Modeling Tutus
